    Low Temperature, Water Sensors and
    Environmental Monitoring

     Low temperature sensors help you to avoid burst water pipes and other damage from the cold. When the temperature inside your home drops below a specified level our central station will receive a signal and you will then be notified.

    High temperature / low temperature for computer rooms and labs.
    Water Sensor -Heavy rainfall, burst water pipe even an overflowing washer can cause expensive and dangerous damage to your home or business. When the sensor is activated a signal will be sent to the central station and you will be notified.

    Radio & Cellular Backup

    Atlantic Coast Alarm uses as an optional back-up to traditional phone line communications both radio and cellular. Central Monitoring relies on phone communication to contact the Monitoring Station in case of an alarm.

    Radio and Cellular backup is available to customers who feel it is necessary to protect the integrity of their system from phone line outages, and/or phone line vandalism.

    When traditional phone lines are interrupted for any reason, without a back-up means of communication, the control panel cannot send a signal to the station.  

    When an alarm signal occurs, these back-up communication devices will instantaneously send a signal via the radio and/or cellular system to one of the numerous transmission towers throughout the Atlantic Coast Alarm area.  

    When Station operators receive the emergency signal, they will promptly notify local police or fire officials of the emergency
